The Beauty of Turquoise & Sunflowers

I don’t know about you, but I needed a little Friday pick me up and when I landed on this wedding I was hooked. It’s simply Friday bliss! There is nothing better than turquoise and sunflowers to get us into the weekend and Casey Durgin Photography captures it all so beautifully! Meghan and Nate’s wedding, at the Flag Hill Winery in New Hampshire, just exudes happiness. It’s the simple DIY details, the vibrant colors, and those sunflowers! The reception; crisp, white and tented, served as a wonderful outdoor setting, but the ceremony between two beautifully old oak trees won me over… and hopefully you too!

Happy Friday!

Destinatation India {3 Day} Wedding

Heading over to India today – wedding style with Tom and Vanita’s beautiful real wedding. Tom’s family traveled from the UK for this three day affair and boy what a party it was. The beautiful clothing, elaborate jewelry, bright colors and the elephant procession makes this wedding quite the destination affair – and it was all captured exquisitely by Nick Rose Photography. Take in all of the bold and wonderful details… Happy Tuesday!

Understated Elegance…A Brooklyn Wedding

Happy Friday from NYC! I’m always excited about Friday posts (weekend anyone?) but a Friday post is even better when it’s about a gorgeous wedding right in my own backyard (figuratively speaking that is). I’m in Manhattan and this beautiful wedding was just a hop skip and jump away in Brooklyn. Shot by Sarah Hoppes Photography, the wedding and the photos caught my eye right away. I love the cool understated feel of the wedding and am {mildly} obsessed with the venue, The Green Building…you can never go wrong with the exposed brick warehouse feel in New York City. This couple has a beautiful elegance from the bride’s simple and stunning gown to the very stylish groom + groomsmen! And to top it all off, Brooklyn gives the perfect cozy-cool atmosphere for the wedding photos… Happy Friday lovelies!
